Description:

The 5' end of the IRF4 gene is labeled orange, with a length of 100 kb; the 3' end of the IRF4 gene is labeled green, with a length of 385 kb. As the DUSP22 gene is located close to the IRF4 gene, the IRF4 break-apart probe can also be used for the detection of DUSP22 gene breaks.
